Who we are
We are a fishing guide service that chases giant Northern Pike in upstate New York. I, lead guide Aaron Gaza have spent thousands of hours buying, testing and using musky, European pike, and custom homemade baits for these big Pike. Frustrated by the lack of specialized online pike shops, I decided to open the Pike Pro Shop. We have used many of the baits for sale to catch some of our biggest Northern pike. I have imported many baits from Europe that have not been available for purchase here in the U.S until now. Additionally, we make our own custom Pike lures right here in upstate New York, that have been so effective and that we dont have to pay import costs on. I have worked tirelessly with European Pike companies to bring these baits over at the very lowest cost possible. Our goal is to expand to be the largest online Pike Shop in the United States. This custom Toothy Tuff bait is built for targeting big northern pike and musky-sized predators. The body measures approximately 4.5 inches, with an overall length of 11.5 inches including the tail, and weighs roughly 3.3 oz.
Designed to move water and trigger aggressive strikes, this bait is perfect for ripping over weed beds, especially on Great Sacandaga Lake where giant pike love to ambush from cover. For years, my Poppy, Milan Gaza, experimented with countless blade combinations and components in pursuit of perfecting his legendary lure, the Foxfire. After extensive testing, the setup that consistently produced was a fluted Indiana paired with a #6 Colorado blade, built on a very specific ½ oz body with trailer and skirt.
